Shenzhen Raycome Health Technology Co.,Ltd welcomes responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities affecting our products and services.
How to Report a Vulnerability
If you discover a security issue, report it to: security@loopdl.co.uk
Please include:
• a description of the vulnerability;
• steps to reproduce;
• product model and version; and
• supporting evidence (if available).
Our Response
Acknowledgement: within 7 working days.
Assessment: within 30 calendar days.
Fix: we aim to release security fixes as quickly as practical.
Responsible Disclosure
We ask that researchers:
• provide reasonable time to remediate before public disclosure;
• avoid accessing or modifying user data; and
• act in good faith.
Safe Harbour
We will not pursue legal action against individuals who act in good faith and follow responsible disclosure practices.
Security Updates
We provide a minimum of 5 years of security updates from the date each product is first made available for sale in the US. If we extend this period, we will publish the extended period.

UK Launch Date: January 2026
Security Updates Until: Minimum January2031
End of Support: After the security update period, devices will continue to function but will not receive security patches. We will notify customers at least 6 months before end of support.
